2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Canon Creek Vineyard
Intensely concentrated, deep, red color... and intensely concentrated aromas of
violets and chocolate lead to a Wow! mouthful of wine.  Made in the style of a
great Bordeaux wine. Lots of tannin for aging, but the tannins are also soft
enough to already be approachable if you have a rare steak.  Better yet, try to
leave it alone to age and develop complexity.  Only 98 cases made!  Call for
